My style usually fluctuates depending on my mood, but by putting two different trends together, I end up with a win win outfit. One of the greatest challenges faced by most people today is finding a healthy life balance. People tend to focus so much on work and other pressing activities that the relationships and activities they treasure most end up getting pushed aside.
But what is true balance?
To me, true balance means that you have a handle on the the various elements in your life and don’t feel that your heart or mind is pulled too hard in any direction. When you are a a balanced person, more often than not, you feel calm, grounded, clear-headed, and motivated.
The single, most important tool, to finding this balance, is acknowledging that you and you alone are the key to changing this imbalance. We all have that vision of what our lives should or could be, yet we let our daily habits and distractions drain our lives, preventing us from achieving that dream. But if we acknowledge that we have the power to change this, then we truly can make change.
