Well this is kind of embarrassing.
Here's a little story...
Once upon a time,
there was a little girl.
This little girl was a lot of things, and disorganized was not one of them.
She could NOT fall asleep if there was one item out of place in her bedroom.
She always packed her lunches and set out her clothes the night before school.
Her life was tidy and neat.
Years passed, and this girl changed in many ways.
She grew up and realized that sometimes there's more to life than "always making sure to draw in the lines." Life didn't have to be picture perfect.
But along with this new realization, some things got out of hand.
For example, her bedroom.
Have you guessed who this little girl is yet?
You guessed right.

I think I've finally lost it guys. It's official.
MY ROOM IS A DISASTER. And it's never been this bad!!
But I'll tell you why it's gotten this way. Don't worry! There's a reason.
I think I've mentioned this before, but senior year has been by far the most stressful year of my life, and I attribute this mainly to the notion in my head that 12th grade would be a breeze. That's what I was told! No class, no work, just the beach.
Man, was I and everyone else wrong.
Anyways, it's now the end of the year which means one thing: MORE STRESS.
Stress about leaving high school, stress about finals, stress about passing my AP Exams, stress about organizing all the end of year activities (senior trip, a class dinner...)
When I'm overly stressed, I get so overwhelmed that I start neglecting different area's of my life. I start neglecting some relationships, my own health/well-being, and most importantly, my bedroom. And yes, my room has looked like this for weeks. I know, I know. I'm gross. LOL.
So my mom said it needs to be cleaned. Tonight. Which means I should probably start now. I'll show you guys my finished room in my next post with some tips on how I organized everything. Wish me luck! I'm going to seriously need it.
Just want to say before I go that if you're in a similar place right now, and your stressed out of your mind, here's some advice:
Firstly, don't do what I did! Force yourself to put your life back together before it gets bad. Secondly, go get a MASSAGE. It's seriously the cure for everything.
I can assure you that when school is over, I'm headed straight to the spa!
Hope ya'll have a peaceful and relaxing weekend!
And good luck to everyone taking AP's!!
:)
Love, Z
